How to take care of my jewelry?

To ensure that you have long lasting jewelry that will still have its shine. We ask that you follow these care instructions:

- Avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, lotions and chemicals.

- Remove your jewelry when you are swimming, exercising and showering.

- Keep out of direct sunlight.

- Store your jewelry in a dry area.

- Handle with care.

How long should I wait for Made to Order items?

Made to Orders items can take up to 2-3 days to process before shipping. Shipping to Canada can take 5-7 business days. Shipping to the USA can take 5-10 business days.

*keep in mind that due to COVID-19, customers should expect delays on their orders.

Pricing

All pricing is in Canadian currency. At checkout, the price will be displayed and charged in Canadian dollars. Your bank company will convert that amount based on the day's current exchange rate.

Promotions/Gift Cards

All discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes. Exclusions may apply for promotions. Gift cards may not be purchased using promotional offers or discounts. Gift cards cannot be redeemable for cash.
